Anytime you plan to split or redraw property lines, it may trigger a subdivision under state or county law. Before you change any property lines, please contact us to discuss your plans. We will guide you through the requirements of your specific situation.
If you would like to request a street or alley vacation for the County to vacate a publicly accessed right-of-way, please contact us. We can discuss the process with you.
