Visit the Lime Creek Nature Center!
Give your students an experience they will never forget!
Our staff is committed to providing positive outdoor activities which will engage your students in new and exciting discoveries. We invite you to visit the Lime Creek Nature Center for a fun-filled adventure in learning.
On a typical field trip students will be divided into smaller groups that will rotate to various activities. Each activity is from 30-45 minutes long depending on age level. Field trips are available for preschool through high school grade levels. Lime Creek field trips can last 1/2 or a full day.
See the "Program and Field Trip Guides" below for a list of suggested field trip activities. We are also happy to customize activities to meet your needs.
Lime Creek Nature Center staff is also available to assist Cerro Gordo County Schools with field trips to other natural areas such as Fossil Park near Rockford.
